📜 POWER GAME HİZMET KOŞULLARI

İşbu Hizmet Şartları (“Şartlar”), Power Game platformuna erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler. Platformu kullanan her kullanıcı bu Şartlar’ı kabul etmiş sayılır.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Power Game, dijital oyunlar ve eğlence içerikleri sunan bir platformdur. Sunulan hizmetler eğlence amaçlıdır ve ticari veya parasal kazanç sağlamaz.

2. Yaş Şartı

Platform, 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir.
18 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların platformu kullanabilmesi için ebeveyn veya yasal vasi onayı gereklidir.

Ebeveyn veya vasi, reşit olmayan kullanıcının platform üzerindeki tüm faaliyetlerinden sorumludur.

3. Kullanıcı Davranış Kuralları

Kullanıcılar;

  • Hakaret, küfür, tehdit veya nefret söylemi içeren davranışlarda bulunamaz

  • Spam, yanıltıcı veya aldatıcı içerik paylaşamaz

  • Hile, bot, yazılım açığı veya çoklu hesap kullanamaz

  • Platformun işleyişini bozacak faaliyetlerde bulunamaz

Bu kurallara aykırı davranışlarda Power Game, hesabı askıya alma veya kalıcı olarak kapatma hakkını saklı tutar.

4. Sanal Öğeler ve Dijital İçerikler

“Sanal Öğeler”; oyun içi para, puan, jeton, paket, güçlendirme, öğe veya benzeri dijital içerikleri ifade eder.

Sanal Öğeler satın alınmaz; yalnızca Hizmetler kapsamında sınırlı, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı sağlar.
Sanal Öğelerin parasal bir değeri yoktur, devredilemez, satılamaz ve gerçek para karşılığında takas edilemez.

Power Game, Sanal Öğeleri değiştirme, kaldırma veya sınırlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

5. Ücretler ve İadeler

Dijital içerikler ve sanal ürünler kullanıma sunulduktan sonra iade edilemez, iptal edilemez ve geri ödenmez.

Platformun sonlandırılması veya hesabın kapatılması halinde, kullanılmayan sanal öğeler için herhangi bir hak veya bedel talep edilemez.

6. BTK ve 5651 Sayılı Kanun Uyumu

Power Game, 5651 sayılı Kanun ve BTK düzenlemeleri kapsamında faaliyet göstermektedir.
Hukuka aykırı içerikler hakkında gerekli işlemleri yapma ve yetkili mercilere bildirimde bulunma hakkını saklı tutar.

7. Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi ve Sonlandırılması

Power Game, hizmetlerin tamamını veya bir kısmını geçici ya da kalıcı olarak değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Power Game, hizmetlerin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez. Kullanıcılar hizmetleri “olduğu gibi” kabul eder.

9. Yürürlük

Kullanıcı, Platformu kullanarak bu Hizmet Şartları’nı kabul etmiş sayılır.

📜 POWER GAME – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Power Game platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Power Game provides digital games and entertainment content for recreational purposes only. The services do not offer real-money gambling or monetary winnings.

2. Age Requirement

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and above.

Users under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the minor’s use of the Platform.

3. User Conduct Rules

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior

  • Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content

  • Use cheats, bots, exploits, automation software, or multiple accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

4. Virtual Items and Digital Content

“Virtual Items” include in-game currency, coins, tokens, packages, boosts, items, or other digital assets.

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use within the Platform.
Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money.

Power Game reserves the right to modify, remove, or limit Virtual Items at any time.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All purchases of digital content and Virtual Items are final and non-refundable once delivered or made available.

If your account is terminated or the Platform is discontinued, no compensation will be provided for unused Virtual Items.

6. Compliance with Turkish Law (BTK & Law No. 5651)

Power Game operates in compliance with Law No. 5651 and regulations of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK).

Power Game reserves the right to remove unlawful content, restrict access, and share information with authorized authorities when legally required.

7. Modification or Termination of Services

Power Game may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or any part thereof at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Power Game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Game shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Acceptance and Effectiveness

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
