🔐 POWER  GAME  GİZLİLİK  POLİTİKASI

Power Game (“Platform”), kullanıcılarının gizliliğine ve kişisel verilerinin korunmasına büyük önem vermektedir. İşbu Gizlilik Politikası, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) başta olmak üzere ilgili mevzuat kapsamında, kişisel verilerin hangi amaçlarla işlendiğini, nasıl korunduğunu ve kullanıcıların haklarını açıklamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

KVKK uyarınca kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Power Game tarafından işlenmektedir.

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Platformu kullanmanız kapsamında aşağıdaki kişisel veriler işlenebilir:

  • Kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi gibi kimlik ve iletişim bilgileri

  • Platform kullanım ve işlem kayıtları

  • IP adresi, cihaz ve tarayıcı bilgileri gibi teknik veriler

  • Destek talepleri ve iletişim kayıtları

3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları

Kişisel verileriniz;

  • Hizmetlerin sunulması ve yönetilmesi

  • Kullanıcı deneyiminin geliştirilmesi

  • Güvenliğin sağlanması ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi

  • Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

  • Yetkili kurum taleplerinin karşılanması

amaçlarıyla işlenmektedir.

4. Hukuki Dayanaklar

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın 5. maddesi uyarınca;

  • Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası

  • Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

  • Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması

  • Açık rızanızın bulunması

hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenmektedir.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yalnızca gerekli olduğu ölçüde ve mevzuata uygun şekilde;

  • Sunucu ve altyapı hizmet sağlayıcılarına

  • Ödeme ve teknik hizmet sağlayıcılarına

  • Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına

aktarılabilir.

6. Saklama Süreleri

Kişisel verileriniz, işlenme amaçları için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. İlgili süre sona erdiğinde, veriler KVKK’ya uygun şekilde silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

7. Veri Güvenliği

Power Game, kişisel verilerin güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla teknik ve idari tedbirleri almakta; yetkisiz erişim, veri kaybı veya hukuka aykırı işleme risklerine karşı gerekli önlemleri uygulamaktadır.

8. Veri İhlali Bildirimi

Kişisel verilerin hukuka aykırı olarak üçüncü kişilerce elde edilmesi halinde, Power Game durumu en kısa sürede ilgili kullanıcılara ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na bildirir.

9. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kullanıcılar;

  • Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme

  • İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme

  • Yanlış veya eksik işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme

  • Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini talep etme

  • Hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarar görmesi halinde tazminat talep etme

haklarına sahiptir.

Power Game (“Platform”, “we”, “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, processed, stored, and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data is processed by Power Game as the data controller.

Your personal data may be transferred, in compliance with applicable laws, to:

  • Hosting and infrastructure service providers

  • Payment and technical service providers

  • Authorized public institutions and authorities

6. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is retained for the period required for the purposes for which it is processed and as required by applicable legislation. Upon expiration of such periods, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the law.

7. Data Security

Power Game takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or unlawful processing.

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of an unlawful acquisition of personal data by third parties, Power Game will notify affected users and the Personal Data Protection Authority as soon as possible.

9. Your Rights Under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed

  • Request information if your data has been processed

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

  • Request deletion or destruction of your data

  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
