📜 POWER GAME TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Power Game platform. Every user who uses the platform is deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. Service Description

Power Game is a platform offering digital games and entertainment content. The services offered are for entertainment purposes only and do not generate any commercial or monetary profit.

2. Age Requirement

This platform is for users aged 13 and older.
Users under the age of 18 require parental or legal guardian consent to use the platform.

Parents or guardians are responsible for all activities of the minor user on the platform.

3. User Behavioral Guidelines

Users;

  • It is forbidden to engage in behavior that includes insults, profanity, threats, or hate speech.

  • You cannot share spam, misleading, or deceptive content.

  • You cannot use cheats, bots, exploit software vulnerabilities, or multiple accounts.

  • You cannot engage in any activities that would disrupt the platform's operation.

Power Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any behavior that violates these rules.

4. Virtual Elements and Digital Content

“Virtual Items” refers to in-game currency, points, tokens, packs, power-ups, items, or similar digital content.

Virtual Items are not purchased; they only provide a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license for use within the scope of the Services.
Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.

Power Game reserves the right to modify, remove, or restrict Virtual Items.

5. Fees and Refunds

Digital content and virtual products, once made available, cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.

In the event of platform termination or account closure, no claims or compensation can be demanded for unused virtual items.

6. Compliance with BTK and Law No. 5651

Power Game operates within the scope of Law No. 5651 and BTK regulations.
We reserve the right to take necessary action regarding illegal content and to report it to the relevant authorities.

7. Modification and Termination of Service

Power Game reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Power Game does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Users accept services “as is”.

9. Entry into force

By using the Platform, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services

Power Game provides digital games and entertainment content for recreational purposes only. The services do not offer real-money gambling or monetary winnings.

2. Age Requirement

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and above.

Users under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the minor's use of the Platform.

3. User Conduct Rules

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior

  • Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content

  • Use cheats, bots, exploits, automation software, or multiple accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

4. Virtual Items and Digital Content

“Virtual Items” include in-game currency, coins, tokens, packages, boosts, items, or other digital assets.

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use within the Platform.
Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money.

Power Game reserves the right to modify, remove, or limit Virtual Items at any time.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All purchases of digital content and Virtual Items are final and non-refundable once delivered or made available.

If your account is terminated or the Platform is discontinued, no compensation will be provided for unused Virtual Items.

6. Compliance with Turkish Law (BTK & Law No. 5651)

Power Game operates in compliance with Law No. 5651 and regulations of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK).

Power Game reserves the right to remove unlawful content, restrict access, and share information with authorized authorities when legally required.

7. Modification or Termination of Services

Power Game may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or any part thereof at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Power Game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Game shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Acceptance and Effectiveness

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
